Reflection on 2nd Junior Conference

Hello Everyone !
Different from previous reflections , this one is somehow different , more personal and maybe the only one I am pleasantly writing about.
Why so ? Hmm, because last Friday was the 2nd Junior Conference , the Event of the week . When this idea was firstly presented to us , I have to be honest and to say that I was above the stars and I didn't even know what was it about , when was it and things like that. I wasn't even interesting in it until the day we had to make a presentation on Interactive Power Point and on that day , our professor told us that we were going to present our work on this Conference. We were like " Whaaaat " ?

With the passing of days , everything became so real , we got so close to the final product and the Conference was on its way...Well it came , our big day, emotions all the way up and so scared whether the professors would appreciate the work that we had done ..
And it happened that our work was the first on line. Izabeta and I had worked so much for the Interactive Power Point. We used to spent nights working on that , because we wanted it to be special. And I guess that so it was. The ones to address the word on the Conference was our Head of Department , Dr.Viktor Ristani and so on.

Professor Ailenn did that amazing presentation on " Teachers outside of the box" and the most wonderful part of it was the Jazz Chant , where we had the chance to perform some rules of Dua Lipa's song.


And this fragment happened right after the Coffee Break . Right now I can't really remember what happened , all that I remember was our emotions and applauses. I felt so glad that everyone on that Conference Hall liked our presentation . That meant that Izabeta and I had really done a good job and we were so pleased to get at the end that appreciation.
At the beginning that conference meant nothing to me , but now it means Everything. I am looking forward to participating at the other conference too.

Later on two of our  friends had to present their own product "Dictio Taxi " , a great job from them too. You'll see their faces later on ;) ... and ending our Master studies presentations with Klementina and Dajana with " Drink English App ". Congrats to you too girls.



The best part of the " After Presentation Session " was Photoshooting.
Like that...




I think that photos express everything better than I can do by words, so I decided on less words and more photos...
And that's how it all ended...

    Actually,photos say it all.You did a great job with your Interactive PowerPoint presentation and I really want you to congratulate on that.Fortunately everything was OK.I hope we will have other projects to cooperate for.

Using PowerPoint today in classes has become so usual that we question ourselves : When did we become so accostumed to it ? How is that we adapted to it so fast and made it part of our daily lectures at school ? I guess the answer is simple , we just needed it , we just needed help in changing teaching method , in embracing a different method from the traditional one and of course that PowerPoint is to be thanks about this. A Project-Based Learning Classroom

Until now I have learnt so many things that I honestly didn’t know at all , all these new methods to incorporate in my future classrooms and the best part of this is that they are so entertaining and I am sure that my students will love them.
